These product-level terms support evaluation and authorized use. The contract and policies of the organization operating your deployment also apply and take precedence where required.

Authorized use

Use only the account, firm, client workspace and records assigned to you. Do not share invitations, passwords or external-access links, and do not upload material you are not permitted to process.

Security testing

Do not probe, scan, disrupt or attempt to bypass controls unless the operating organization has given you written authorization defining the target and test window. Report suspected vulnerabilities through the security page.

No certification or professional-advice claim

The software helps organize GRC work. Its use does not itself certify conformity, guarantee security, replace professional judgment or constitute legal advice.

Availability and changes

Evaluation environments may change or be withdrawn. The operator is responsible for service commitments, data recovery and notice of material terms applicable to its users.
